Great place for a quick ice cream fix.
Got the sugar rainbow cone… BEWARE! It is pretty big! All the flavors are good but my fav was the orange sherbet! Next time i would get only that one. Portions are very generous! Everyone was happy with their choice. Only one was my husband, he got the hot fudge Sunday but it had very little fudge. Pretty sure the employee just forgot the amount it came with. Mini doughnuts don’t look too tasty but they are pretty good!
I was super unimpressed by this place. Looked so cute and I thought it would be good but it wasn’t. They have some good basic flavor choices but the flavors just weren’t good. Also the “rainbow” signature are super weird. Like it’s normal flavors and then pistachio and orange sorbet? It doesn’t go well together at all. Lastly the donuts are minuscule. Totally not worth it.
Honestly, I was really excited to check out this place. The set up is really cute. However, the service I received was awful. I got there with my two friends and as you can see in the video they were dead in terms of customers. It was just us three and one lady with her daughter who was already sitting in a corner eating dessert. There was a guy ahead of us and he was placing his order while we waited patiently in line for our turn. There were three employees working at the time.
However, the blonde guy working (I didn’t catch his name) he took the guys order and then went to the back. The other two ladies prepared his order. We continued to wait thinking the guy would come back and take our order. We waited for 15 minutes patiently. No one came to take our order. The guy in front of us got his order and had left at this point. The way he was treated was so refreshing to see. They delivered exceptional service to him. And after being continuously ignored by all three staff members my friend said excuse me and the guy came up to the register and she said we have been waiting here for ten minutes and no one has taken our order. He just reminded OH. Not even once did he apologize. He then asked us what we wanted and then went to prepare it. When our dessert was ready he just placed it on the counter and looked at us and said here is your order. We saw how they treated people before and after us and it just showed how we were treated so differently.
Overall, I didn’t really like the ice cream cake because I feel like all those flavors didn’t go well together. I should have stuck with one flavor. However the cinnamon sugar donuts were pretty good. They were so tiny and cute. However, due to the way we were treated I don’t think I will go back to this dessert place again.
Delicious ice cream. Nice and clean. Staff is super friendly. Andres provided exceptional service.
With about 20 ice cream flavors to choose from, not to mention donuts and cake, everyone will find a flavor at The Original Rainbow Cone. It was my first visit and I went with the original. It starts out pretty, but the flavors soon blend and leave you with unique combinations.
Love this place and it is always a treat when we stop. This time we ordered our baby rainbow cones and their new shakes. I tried the birthday shake it was really good a bit on the sweeter side but still really good and filling. Love the baby rainbow cones a little slice of different favor is one cone. Worth a try. They have great options and very accommodating. Always have a great Customer experience with indoor dinning or drive Thru
Very colorful atmosphere. Super vibrant with all the different colors on the floor and polka dots on the walls. Even the light fixtures are upside down rainbow colored ice cream cones. The theme everywhere in this ice cream/donut joint …
I’d lived here my whole life and never tried Rainbow Cone, but it was finally time. I was skeptical about the flavors working well together, but the order and combos work surprisingly well. Next time I might 86 the chocolate. Mini donuts were the breakout star!
